Q. I have been issued CoE twice in the past. But I did not use one of them, which was from Japanese language school because of the spread of COVIE-19 pandemic. In this case, can I fill in only the first issuance?

A. You must fill about the both twice experiences, because you are asked the experience of "Applying for" a CoE, not asked whether using it or not.
