❓ How to Request Screen Unlock for Edits After Submission

Introduction:

After submitting your information on SpeedVisa, your screen will lock to prevent any unintentional changes. If you need to make edits after submission, follow this guide to request an unlock from your school.

Steps to Request an Unlock:

1. Access Your Dashboard:

• Navigate: Go to your SpeedVisa dashboard and select the [Fill out Residence Application] menu (as on the screenshot below).

2. Initiate an Unlock Request:

• Request Unlock: Once in the application screen, locate and click the [Request Unlock] button at the top of the screen.

3. Submit Your Request:

• Enter Reasons: A screen will appear where you can enter the reason for your unlock request.
• Confirm Submission: After entering your reason, click the [Apply] button to send your unlock request to your school.

4. Edit Your Information:

• Await Unlock: Wait for your school to process the request. Once unlocked, the lock icon will disappear from the top of the screen.
• Make Edits: You can then proceed to edit your information as needed.
