Q. Can I use snapshots taken with my smartphone on my application?

A. Yes, it is available. However, there are some precautions to be taken since the photo will be scanned after the application for Certificate of Eligibility is received at the Immigration Bureau and printed directly on the Certificate of Eligibility.

Please be aware of the information in the following sections and submit them accordingly.

• Size: 4 cm (length) and 3 cm (width)
• Only the applicant himself/herself is in the picture
• The applicant is not wearing a hat, etc.
• The applicant is facing the front
• Taken within 3 months prior to the date of submission
• No background
• The picture is clear.
