I uploaded a file to the document folder and pressed the “Submit” button. Later, I realized I uploaded the wrong file and want to replace it, but the button is now grayed out and cannot be pressed. What should I do?
Answer:
To edit (replace or add to) files in the folder after pressing “Submit,” you’ll need assistance from your school. Please contact your school in Japan directly and let them know the following:
“I’d like to replace (edit) the file I uploaded in the [folder name]. Please change the folder status to ‘Rejected’ so I can make changes.”
If you have received messages from the school through SpeedVisa Messenger, you can also contact them there.
