Question:
There’s a required document in the “Upload Certificates” section that doesn’t apply to me. For example, there’s a request for a Scholarship Certificate, but I haven’t applied for any scholarship, so I can’t provide it. What should I do?
Answer:
If you encounter a document in the upload section that you can’t submit, it’s generally okay to skip it. However, SpeedVisa requires documents in all folders before allowing you to press the submit button, which may be confusing.
In this case, please upload a file stating “Not Applicable” to get a green tick.
If it is difficult for you to prepare such a file, you can download a pre-made “Not Applicable” file from below and upload it as is.
