❓ How Can I Unlock the Screen to Make Edits After Sumission?

Once you’ve entered all your information and clicked the [Submit] button, your screen will be locked, and you will no longer be able to make edits. This guide explains how to request an unlock if you need to make changes after submitting your information.

1. Go to Dashboard of SpeedVisa

From your dashboard, click the [Fill out Residence Application] menu.

2. Send Request to Unlock

You will be taken to the following screen. From the top of the screen, you can send an unlock request to your school. Click the [Request Unlock] button.

3. Push [Apply] button

The following screen will appear. Enter the reason why you are requesting an unlock. Once you’ve finished, click the [Apply] button. Your request will then be submitted.

4. Edit information again

Once your school unlocks your screen, the lock icon at the top of the screen will disappear. You will then be able to edit your information again.
