Q. I took photo of my document by my smartphone from the document upload section of SpeedVisa, then tried to upload it but could not do that. How should I solve it?
A. Basically you can take a photo from the document upload section and upload it directly.
However, depending on the model of the device that you are using, you may not be able to use this feature properly.
In such cases, we have found that the upload button cannot be pressed after the photo is taken.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please try the following action;
Please take a photo of your documents in advance on your device and select the photo file of the documents already taken on the SpeedVisa document upload section, you will able to upload it.
