Q. I uploaded a file in the certificate section, but cannot press the blue button to submit documents. What should I do?
A. Would you like to try the following actions?
1- Refresh the screen (Tap the arrow as circled in red on the below screenshot)
2- Then try to tap the submit button again.
We are still not sure the exact reason why the trouble has occurred, but we suspect the reason why the trouble occurred because the user use the backward function on the browser when you return to the previous screen (such as sliding the browser back to the previous screen, not using the "back" button on the bottom of the service).
We will improve our service so that the problem will not occur in the near future. Sorry for the inconvenience.
