Q. I am going to one of my friend to be my financial supporter. What can I do?

A. In principle, please try to ask any member of your family such as parents or any relatives to be your supporter first. In case you have any special reason that you cannot do so, it may be possible to ask your friend to be your financial supporter. Your school may ask you to prepare any documents to prove the relation between you and the friend, and the letter to explain the reason why the friend become your financial supporter.
The examination by the Immigration Bureau may be stricter compared to the case your financial supporter is any family member.
