If you need to delete a file you've uploaded on SpeedVisa, follow these steps carefully. Remember, you can only delete files that have not yet been submitted or have been returned by the school.
Step 1: Access the Document Upload Screen
- Navigate to Uploads: From the main student interface on SpeedVisa, tap the "Upload Certificate" button.
- Select the File: Navigate to and tap on the document file you wish to delete.
Step 2: Delete the File
- Preview the File: Tap the name of the document to bring up a file preview. This allows you to ensure you are deleting the correct file.
- Initiate Deletion: Below the file preview, you will see a "Delete" button. Tap this button to remove the file from your records.
Important Notes:
- Submission Status: Files marked as "Already Submitted" cannot be deleted directly through the platform. If a file needs to be deleted or changed after submission:
- Contact School Staff: You must contact the school administration and request them to change the document's status to "Not Submitted" or "Returned". This action must be taken by school personnel, and it will allow you to make the necessary deletions or re-uploads.
