Q. How should I do when selected language does not appear correctly?
A. You can select one of 12 languages in the upper right corner of the SpeedVisa screen.
If the language you selected is not displayed correctly, please try the following;
1. Access with a recommended browser
If you access SpeedVisa with a browser that is not recommended, some functions of SpeedVisa may not work.
Please check the recommended environment and access the site again.
2. Delete the browser cache
Cache files left in the browser may affect the display. Please clear the browser cache and load the site again.
3. Check if JavaScript is allowed to run
If JavaScript is not allowed to run, the multi-language switching selection area may not be displayed. Please refer to the following article to allow JavaScript execution.

4. Access from another browser
If you do not see any improvement after trying any of the above methods, please try accessing the site from a different browser.
