SpeedVisa recommends the following environment.

■ Windows
OS: Latest version
Web browser: Microsoft Edge latest version, Google Chrome latest version
⚠️ Support for Internet Explorer 11 ended on September 17, 2021. There is no support for Internet Explorer (IE) mode for Microsoft Edge either.
■ Macintosh
OS: Latest version
Web browser: Microsoft Edge latest version, Google Chrome latest version
Smart Phone
■ iPhone / iPad
iOS: latest version
Web browser: Safari latest version
■ Android
Web browser: Google Chrome latest version
⚠️ When using SpeedVisa from a smartphone, open it directly with a browser such as Google Chrome or Safari, not with a web browser within the standard iPhone mail app, Gmail app etc. Embedded browsers are not supported and may not work properly.
About support outside the recommended environment
- If you are using the service with unsupported hardware or software, you may experience problems such as image corruption or file upload issues. Some functions may not be available.
- Issues caused by accessing from other unsupported device are not covered by support / repair.
- Please update your OS and browser to the latest version.
- The following issues are not covered by support even in the recommended environment.
- Problems caused by network environment or browser plugins.
- Problems caused by specific hardware (printers, USB memory, etc.)
- If you are using a previous Windows 7 or expansion software that does not support UTF-8, the file name of the downloaded data may be corrupted.
