Uploading documents to SpeedVisa is a straightforward process. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to upload the necessary certificate files as requested by your school:
Step 1: Access the Upload Screen
- Navigate to Upload: From the main SpeedVisa screen, tap the "Upload Certificates" field to begin.
Step 2: Choose the Document to Upload
- Select Document: A list of required documents will be displayed. Select the document you need to upload and tap the "Upload" button.
Step 3: Add and Upload Your File
- Add File: Tap the "Add File" button, then choose the file you want to upload from your device. SpeedVisa supports most file types, including JPG, PDF, Word, and Excel documents.
- Upload Confirmation: Once uploaded, a message stating "File successfully uploaded" will appear, along with a preview image of the file.
Step 4: Submit the Uploaded File
- Submit File: Return to the Certificate File List screen and tap the "Apply" button next to the uploaded file. A confirmation prompt will appear; confirm by tapping OK.
Step 5: Verify Submission
- Submission Status: After submission, the "Apply" button will change to "Submitted" and will be grayed out, indicating that no further actions are needed. The "Upload" button will also be disabled.
