Easily update your personal settings on SpeedVisa to ensure smooth communication with your school and efficient processing of your visa. You can access these settings either through the "Update Residence Information" menu or by clicking the gear symbol in the upper right corner of the top screen.

Personal Settings Overview

1. Update Your Profile Information:

• Basic Information: This includes your name, date of birth, nationality, and gender.
• Contact Information: Provide your phone number and any social media IDs you wish to share with your school.
• Emergency Contact: Enter details such as the name, email address, phone number, address, and relationship of your emergency contact.

2. Change Your Email Address and Password:

• Access: Navigate to this option under your personal settings to update your email address and password as needed.
  • Please note that you should keep this information secure and up-to-date.

3. Update Passport and Residence Card Details:

• Passport Information: Enter your passport number and its expiration date.
• Residence Card Information: Fill in your residence card number, expiration date, period of stay, and status of residence.

💡 The residence card is an ID card issued for foreigners in Japan. You can receive it after you arrive in Japan. If you are currently outside of Japan, you do not need to enter your residence card information.

Important Note:

All information provided, except for your password, will be shared with your school. It is crucial to keep this information updated to facilitate effective communication and administrative processes.
