✅ How to Update Residence Card and Passport Information

You can report any changes to your residence card or passport information to the school via SpeedVisa. Follow these steps to update your information:

1. Accessing the Update Interface:

• • Tap the "Update Residence Information" menu on the Dashboard.

2. Navigating to the Update Section:

• Tap on "Passport and Other Information" under Personal Settings.

3. Updating Passport Information:

• To update your passport information, upload a new image of your passport, and enter the new passport number and expiration date in the "Passport" field.

4. Updating Residence Card Information:

• To update your residence card information, upload the latest image of your resident card in the "Resident Card" field.
• Enter details such as the residence card number, expiration date, validity period, and status of residence.
• If there has been a change in your registered address, also update the "Current Address" field.

5. Submitting the Update:

• Tap the "Submit the Change Application" button. Your updated information will be shared with your school.
• Once your school has reviewed and approved your updated data, they will accept your new information.
