Recommended Environments
For PC Users:
Windows:
- Operating System: Use the latest version of Windows.
- Web Browsers: Latest versions of Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.
⚠️ Important Note: Support for Internet Explorer 11 ended on September 17, 2021. Internet Explorer mode in Microsoft Edge is also not supported.
Macintosh:
- Operating System: Use the latest version of macOS.
- Web Browsers: Latest versions of Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.
For Smartphone Users:
iPhone / iPad:
- Operating System: Latest version of iOS.
- Web Browser: Latest version of Safari.
Android Devices:

⚠️ Important Tip: Always access SpeedVisa using a web browser like Google Chrome or Safari directly. Do not use embedded web browsers within apps like the iPhone mail app or Gmail app, as these are not supported and may not function properly with SpeedVisa.
Support Outside Recommended Environments
Using devices or software not supported by SpeedVisa may lead to issues such as distorted images or problems during file uploads. Certain functionalities might not be available, and these issues will not be covered under our support services.
- Operating System and Browser Updates: Keep your operating system and browser updated to the latest versions to avoid compatibility issues.
- Unsupported Issues: Problems that arise from your network environment, browser plugins, or specific hardware devices like printers and USB drives are not covered under our support services.
- File Name Corruption: Using outdated software that does not support UTF-8, such as Windows 7 or certain expansion software, might result in corrupted file names during downloads.
