What is SpeedVisa?
SpeedVisa is SaaS that supports international students to have comfortable experience in Japan developed and provided by Kusunoki, ltd.
We provide it as useful communication tool to help schools support international students properly.
It is currently provided to around 60 Educational institutions in Japan that accept international students.

What can you do with SpeedVisa?
- Fill out Residence Application:
Input and submit your information in Application for status of residence (for issuance of CoE (Certificate of Eligibility) or Extension)
※ You will only see this menu when your school has requested you to input. - Update Residence Information:
Update your information on Residence Card and Passport to share them with school so that your school can support you can keep your status of residence, and report it to Immigration Bureau in accordance with requirement of government - Message from School:
Send and receive message from/to school - Report Part-time Job:
Report information and monthly result of your part-time job (Optional) - See History Data:
You can check your historical data of your application that you have made by SpeedVisa - Student Support:
Provided by Kusunoki, SpeedVisa's service provider. If you send request by the menu, we will connect you to our trusted partner companies to support you.
1. Fill out Residence Application
You can fill out and submit your information to apply for issuance a Certificate of Eligibility (CoE) or extension for status of residence
You can enter the necessary information for the application, and upload the files of your documents.
You can also receive requests from schools to modify the information you have entered.
When all information has been entered, the "Submit" button at the bottom of the screen will turn green color and can be tapped. Tap the button to complete the submission.
After that, if the school asks you to send the original documents by mail, you need to do it.

2. Update Residence Information
You can upload image file and update information on your passport and residence card includes your Current address in Japan (as on the back side on your residence card) to share them with your school, so that your school can grasp your accurate information.
School manage them so that you can stay stable and also report them to Immigration Bureau and Ministry of Education regularly.
3. Message from School
This is chat tool to support communication between you and school.
You can receive and send message and file to school.
4. Report Part-time Job (optional)
You can report your part-time job status to the school by selecting the "Monthly Report" menu.
You can enter part-time job information and submit files of the salary slip.
If you did not work part-time, you can also report it.

5. See History Data
You can check the previous data of application for status of residence that you have made by SpeedVisa
6. Student Support
This is provided by Kusunoki, SpeedVisa's service provider.
If you send request by the menu, we will connect you to our trusted partner companies to support you. Currently, you can find your place to live from the menu.
Enter your requirements and we request an introduction to real estate agencies.
You will receive some possible properties from SpeedVisa's partner real estate agencies.
