What SpeedVisa Offers

1. Fill out Residence Application

• Application Submission: Enter your information and submit applications for a Certificate of Eligibility (CoE) or extensions of your status of residence.
• Document Management: Upload necessary documents and adjust your information upon request from your school.
• Completion Indicator: A green checkmark next to the section title shows when all required fields are filled. The "Submit" button at the bottom of the page will turn green and become clickable. Press it to finalize your submission.
• Post-Submission: Follow any additional instructions from your school, such as mailing original documents.

2. Update Residence Information

• Information Update: Upload images of your passport and residence card, and update details like your current address in Japan.
• School Monitoring: Your school will manage this information to help maintain your residency status and report necessary updates to the Immigration Bureau and Ministry of Education regularly.

3. Message from School

• Easy Communication: Use this feature as a chat tool to send and receive messages and files from your school, facilitating better communication.

4. See History Data

• Access Historical Applications: Review past submissions for status of residence applications made through SpeedVisa.

5. Student Support 

• Assistance on Demand: If you request help through SpeedVisa, we connect you to trusted partner companies for additional support. This includes assistance in finding accommodation, where you can specify your needs and get introductions to real estate agencies.
