Please check below in case you return to school after a temporary absence. Please refer to all the following points (includes 1, 2 and 3) in specific way when you write the reason.

Please write in sentences, not bullet points.

1. Reasons why you wish to return to your previous school

Please write the reasons for your absence from school.

Example: 

• I took a leave from school to take a medical treatment from XX-20XX to XX-20XX and has recovered and wishes to return to the school from the academic year 20XX (you may be required to submit a medical certificate).
• I took a leave from school due to military obligations, but my military obligation is scheduled to end soon (or has already ended), and I wish to return to school in April 20XX to pursue a degree.
• I took a leave from XX-20XX to XX-20XX because of financial reasons, but my financial situation has improved, so I wish to return to the school from the academic year 20XX.
• I am studying abroad as an exchange student at XX University, which has concluded a student exchange agreement with XXX University, and wishes to return to the university from XX-20XX.
• I took a leave for study abroad, and wish to return to the University from XX-20XX after completing the period of study abroad until XX-20XX.

2. Contents of study/research

• Reason for choosing the school to which you wish to enroll and purpose of enrollment.
• In case you admit to a university or vocational school, please write about your research theme related to your major.

3. Career path after graduation (hopes and plans)

• What is your career plan after graduation and how you will make use of your study experience at the school?　
• In case you will admit to University or Vocational school, how your research theme as stated in 2 related to your future career path?
