Enter information about who will pay for your expenses (tuition and living expenses) while you study in Japan and how the financial supporter will pay

The process of entering this information is as follows;

1. Select the type of person who will pay the expenses (yourself, Supporter living in Japan, Supporter living outside in Japan, scholarships, Others), and tap "Add a supporter" button
2. Enter necessary information in the input fields displayed
3. Save the information

1. Select the type of person who will pays expenses and tap "Add a Supporter"

From the red frame column of the screen shown above, select the type of person who will pay the money from the following options

• Pay yourself: Pay from your own savings account
• Your own income (by the income from activities outside of the status of residence): Paid by the income from your part-time job in Japan
• Overseas financial supporter: Paid by a person who lives outside of Japan
• Payer of expenses in Japan: Paid by a person who lives in Japan
• Scholarship
• Others

When you have made your selection, tap "Add a Supporter".

2. Enter the necessary information in the input fields

Enter and save the following information according to the payer you have selected.

Pay yourself: Pay from your own savings account

Balance of Bank Account	Please enter the current savings balance in numbers, then choose the Currency Unit of the savings
Currency Unit	Choose the Currency unit of the savings
How to pay for tuition (frequency)	Choose from monthly, Every half a year, or Yearly. Basically, choose yearly. If you would like to choose something other than yearly, please consult with your school staff
Tuition (Japanese Yen)	Please enter the tuition fee for the period selected above in single-byte numbers
Living expense (Japanese Yen)	Please enter the monthly amount of living expenses to be paid. Only Japanese yen is accepted
Reason for support	Please write a brief description of the relationship between the applicant and the supporter, and the reason why you become a financial supporter of the applicant. You may input in multiple languages. Ex.1> I am the mother of the applicant. In order to support my son's dream of studying in Japan, I will be responsible for paying his tuition and living expenses Ex.2> I am the applicant. I have saved up enough money to pay for my tuition and living expenses to study in Japan
Method of Support	Please write a brief description of the method of disbursement, such as remittance or transfer. You can type in multiple languages Example: Tuition fees will be transferred to the school's bank account by the due date. For living expenses, I will have the applicant carry a portion in cash when he/she arrives in Japan and transfer the money regularly after he/she open a bank account in Japan

Pay from the Income of the applicant (from the Activity other than the status of residence)

Tel. No. of the Workplace	Please enter the phone number of your workplace in numbers with the country code selected.
Address of the Workplace	Please enter the official address of your workplace.
Industry of the workplace	Please select the industry of your workplace.
Content of your work	Please enter a brief description of your responsibilities at your place of employment.
Name of bank transfer of payroll	Enter the name of the bank to which your salary will be deposited.
Hourly salary	Please enter the hourly wage amount as a number in Japanese Yen.
Weekly working hours	Please enter the hourly rate amount in numbers.
Employment Start Date	Enter the date you started working as on your contract.
Employment End Date	Enter the date you leave to work. Leave blank if you are still working.

Supporter living in/outside Japan

Item	Notes
Name	Enter the exact name of the person paying the expenses.
Relationship	Select your relationship to the person who pays your expenses.
Address	Enter the official address of the person paying the expenses
Telephone Number	Enter the exact phone number of the person paying the expenses
Family register Address	If the address of the person paying expenses is different from the above address, please enter it (only for Supporter living outside Japan)
Occupation	If you are a company employee, please provide the type of business such as "working for a bank" or "working for a food company". If you are self-employed, please provide information on the nature of your business, such as "hotel management" or "restaurant management.
Name of workplace	勤務先の正式な名称を入力してください。
Telephone Number of workplace	勤務先の電話番号を、国番号を選択した上で半角数字にて入力してください。
Address of workplace	Enter the official name of your employer.
Annual Income	Enter your annual income in single-byte numbers. If you are paying for your own expenses or overseas expenses, please select the currency and enter the amount in that currency.
Annual income except Tax	Enter your annual income after taxes in single-byte numbers. If you are paying for your own expenses or overseas expenses, please select the currency and enter the amount in that currency.
How to pay for tuition (Frequency)	Choose from monthly, Every half a year, or Yearly. Basically, choose yearly. If you would like to choose something other than yearly, please consult with your school staff.
