To apply for Residence Application, you have 3 steps;
Step 1. Receive an invitation email from SpeedVisa
Step 2. Enter your information to get green tick in all sections
Step 3. Submit your data to School
Below is a detailed explanation.
Step 1. Receive invitation
You will open your account from an invitation email received from your school.
Please find the attached link as below how to complete the registration process.

2. Enter your information
Tap the "Fill out Residence Application" menu on Dashboard.
This menu.
This menu appears only when the school requests you to input.
If you need to apply but do not see the menu, please contact the school directly.
Tap the menu and then move to the screen as shown below.
You will have 7 different sections in maximum on the screen as follows.
- Basic Information
- Educational Background and the Work History
- Japanese Ability
- Information required for application
- Reason for studying in Japan
- Payment method of tuition and living expenses
- Upload Certifications
(The number of sections will be changed depending on your school's setup and the type of application)
When all items provided in each section are completed, a check mark will be appeared in green color.
3. Click the "Submit" button to submit your application!
When you have completed entering all items in each section, the check mark next to the heading will appear in green color from gray.
When you have completed all the information, a message will appear at the top of the screen stating "Congratulations! You have successfully completed the information required for your application for resident status" and the "Submit" button at the bottom of the screen will turn blue.
Tap the "Submit" button to submit the information to the school.
・Before tapping the "Submit"button
Ask the staff of the school (or the agency if you are applying through an agency) to check the information you have entered and get their OK.
・After tapping the "Submit" button
School staff may contact you to mail the original documents to the school.
Please follow the instructions of the staff.

Preparing the required documents (those requested in the Upload Proofs section) will make your application go more smoothly.
【Note】 Tips for input
When you input your information, tap the "Save"button (light blue button) on the right side of the bottom of the screen frequently to save the information you have entered.
You can return to the screen of each section list. by tapping the "Back"button (white button).
Enter the information first, starting with the sections/information where you can easily enter.
